Olufunmbi joined the service of the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo in January 2018.
Upon her assumption of duty, she has served in various Divisions within the Registry Department, namely Council Affairs & General Administration, Office of the Registrar and most recently, the Academic Affairs Division (Examinations & Records Unit and Admissions Unit.).
She is recognized as a proactive professional, adept in customer service, and brings extensive experience in higher learning. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing university programmes pertaining to student enrollment, documentation, and general student support services.
In 2021 and 2024 respectively, Olufunmbi was recognized with a letter of commendation from the Registrar, Dr. Woleola Julius Ekundayo, on behalf of the University Management, for her exceptional service as a skilled Administrator and her remarkable commitment to her responsibilities.
Additionally, during the University's 10th Year Anniversary Dinner and Award Night held on Wednesday, 11th December, 2024, She was honoured with the Vice-Chancellor's Excellence Award in recognition of her outstanding dedication to her duties and her contributions to the growth of the University.
